Am I able to register the MFA on more than one device?

Your account can only be registered on a single device.


Can I use a phone call for MFA?

MiniOrange MFA only supports authentication via the mobile app.
Email and phone calls are not supported methods.


Do you support Harmony OS?

The miniOrange MFA is only available for iOS and Android devices, devices on other operating systems are not supported methods


Why are there no apps showing on the dashboard when I sign in?

You will not see any apps when you login to the miniOrange MFA portal, you receive the authentication via the app.


Error while adding my phone trying to get the one-time password.

The phone number field is not used for miniOrange MFA, the authentication will come through as a prompt when logging in.


My MFA is setup, where do I enter the code from the app to login?

The code is not used, the authentication will come through as a prompt to accept or deny to login.


When I am logging into MFA, I am getting an error that it is locked and to try again in 28709283 minutes.

If getting the above error, try doing a hard refresh on the browser by pressing CTRL + F5, if it still fails, raise a case online via the Customer Success Portal.


When I log into MFA, I get invalid credentials.

Why am I getting a message that I have invalid credentials when I log in?


After registering it shows my email address, have I set up the wrong account?

After the enrolment is complete your email address will appear on the app instead of the @hostedmicropay.local username


How to change your email address with MFA

If you have changed your email address, you will need to raise a case online via the Customer Service Portal.


MFA account has been locked when trying to log into the Hosted Environment

This happens if you have failed to successfully login multiple times.​
To unlock your MFA, please raise a case online and reference the title of this article in your description. You will need to provide the name and username that needs their MFA unlocked.​
