Make-up Pay is being paid to an employee

How to check why an employee is getting Make-up Pay

Sometimes an employee will receive Make-up Pay if they have not received the minimum hours under their Award for one particular day.

To check the settings, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Employee Record, Employment, Employment Award and then check what award they are on Award.

  2. Then go to Awards, double click on the corresponding award, Normal, Normal Times, and check the Minimum hrs.
