This diagnostic would occur if the user is attempting to open a newer version of a WageEasy database (ie, A current release database) using an old version of the application\installation. Please install the latest version of WageEasy.

Alternatively, this diagnostic is produced when the person attempting to open WageEasy does not have sufficient Read/Write access to the location where the WageEasy company file is saved. Please install the NoAdmin version of WageEasy and also contact your IT to check your user privileges and adjust accordingly.
