When upgrading the database the following diagnostic might appear Cannot open database 'INSERT INTO [SBRConnection]... and this will be due to the database being too big.
Backup WageEasy from File, Backup/Restore. This backup needs to be stored in a secure location because you will be removing data from you current database and this backup has to be restored if you need to access history.
Go to File, Maintenance, House Cleaning and follow the House Cleaning Wizard. You will need to House Clean (remove data) starting with the oldest years.
Once the House Clean has been completed, try the upgrade again.
