Employee's new pay rate is not appearing in wages

An employee pay rate has been changed but the old rate is appearing in the new timesheet.

If you have changed a payrate and it is not flowing through correctly or still picking up the old rate, please follow the steps below:

  1. Change your PPE: date to the next monthly period end date.

  2. Go to Wages, on the Timesheet, select the employee, in the Base Pay Rate, use the drop-down and select the new base rate.

  3. Select Next.

  4. Close the Time Sheet Window by selecting the Close Icon on the top right-hand side.

    The next time you create a timesheet WageEasy will retain the correct Pay Rate.
