Adding visa information for an employee

Having employees with visa conditions and how to keep track of which employees have them

If you have an employee who is employed under a Student Visa, it is important to follow the guidelines set out by the Australian Government.

To run a report and check the Employees Visa details, you must first have them set up in Employee, General, and International.

To run the Employee Visa Status report

Go to: Reports, User-defined, Employee Visa Status

If the above report Employee Visa details does not appear under your User-defined reports, download it from the above and follow the instructions on how to save a User-Defined Report.
