Hosted online details regarding the RDP for payroll online

Migrating from desktop to online

Updated over a week ago

The Access Group have updated the Remote App (RDP) file that you use to access the environment. As a result, you will need to download and use this version from 22 February 2025 in order to login to the environment.

The previous version of this file will no longer work from this date so please feel free to delete any previous versions.

What do you need do?
If you have a @hostedmicropay.local user account, download the new rdp to your desktop unzip it and begin using it as soon as practical. This will apply to each computer you connect to your Payroll Online account.

Can I still use the old rdp version?
The previous version of this file will no longer work from 22 February 2025 so please feel free to delete any previous versions.

After 22 February 2025, the previous version of the file will no longer work so it is imperative that you download and start using the new RDP file before this date. This will ensure that you can continue to access WageEasy in the Payroll Online Environment.

Services affected

Payroll Online customers will not have connectivity to the online applications until they download and use the latest version of this file.
