To change your notifications from email notifications to push notifications please follow the below steps:
Step 1 - Install mobile app:
Scroll down to the instructions for your device.
For iOS:
Scan the code below:
Or for manual install
Go to App Store
Search for MFA-Authenticator miniOrange
3. Download and install the mobile app.
For Android:
Scan the code below:
Or for manual install
Go to Google Play Store.
Search for Authenticator miniOrange.

Step 2 - Log into miniOrange website via computer:
Open https://payrollonlinemfa.xecurify.com/moas/login on your computer browser.
Enter your username (e.g. JohnDoe.h12345) without @hostedmicropay.local.
Click Login.
Enter your Password (Hosted or Payroll Online password).
Click Login.
Click the Email Link icon.
Open your email and click Accept when you receive the email.
7. Open your email and click Accept when you receive the email.
Step 3 - Configure Second Factor
On your computer select Setup 2FA at the top.
Select MiniOrange Authenticator.
On Push Notification, click Edit.
4. On your phone, open the miniOrange Authenticator app.
5. Click the + button to add a new account.
6. Scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen. Don't scan the QR code in these instructions. You may need to allow access to your camera to do this.
7. If the QR code scan on your phone is successful, you will see the following pop-up in the top-right of your computer browser.
8. On your computer browser, click your initials at the top-right.
9. Select Sign out.
10. Log into the WageEasy app and ensure the MFA push notification goes to your phone, click Accept to allow your login.
