Employee information in employee record has been overwritten

Details in employee record have been changed

If you are using the Onboarding feature in WageEasy, when your employee completes and submits their Onboarding forms, the data they provide will overwrite details that were entered previously. Likewise, after the new employee has submitted the onboarding forms and the New Employee record is updated, any changes made to the record will overwrite existing details.

To avoid data being overwritten when using Onboarding, only enter the mandatory fields before you send the invite and don't make any changes to the record until after the employee has completed and submitted the forms. If you are going to manually enter the information on the New Employee record, cancel the invitation before you start inputting the details.
