Express Super error, warning on the file

Getting and error when sending the file through the portal

When sending your Express Super file through the portal, you may receive a coloured box with a number instead of a green tick under issues, this means you have an error/ warning or information on your file.

Below is a key to the issue it is relating to, in this example I have 1 error, if you click on the 9 square grid next to the coloured square it will open up to a new screen and list all the employees that have a Warning, Error or just Information.

Go to the employee and click on the line that is displaying the issue, it will open up the information that is stored under that category. You will see that the field in question will have a red line around the problem, hover over the square with your mouse, it will show you information that explains why it has errored. In most cases you will need to contact the employee to confirm/fix or the Super Fund.

If you have a Warning or Info related problem, in most cases you will be able to still send the file as it is not yet relating to mandatory information, but advisable to take note and address.

With an error validation issue you will not be able to send the file, it is advisable to remove the employee from the grid and submit their SGL using an Adhoc file once you have fixed the error.
