Hosted Online cannot locate my network printer

Cannot detect my printer

Access WageEasy does not have any print or printer settings, it uses whatever is local or local default (no way to manually force to add a printer).
We do understand that other applications installed in your computer/server may not be affected, but as per the design of Access WageEasy it will try to detect whatever is available.

We suggest speaking to your IT who manages your system and have them try the following:
1. Try to remove/uninstall and locate/reinstall the printer.
2. Try to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver and check and run all the available updates on the computer/server and reboot.
3. Try to test on other computers that has a default printer working.

We are suggesting this so that we can get Access WageEasy to redetect the printers available in your computer to use.

Alternatively, you can produce a softcopy of the file (print to PDF), save/copy to your desktop and print the file from your desktop or access it on a computer that does not have problems printing files.
