When you invite an employee to onboard, the email will provide them with a link to complete the onboarding forms. The link will expire 10 days after the original invitation was sent. Resending the invitation will not restart the time. If you cancel the invitation, this will expire the link immediately.
If your employee needs more time, you can cancel the invitation and invite them again. This will give them 10 days from when the new invitation is sent.
The expiry length is pre-determined and cannot be changed.
