Each time a Pay Event is submitted to the ATO with a Success status, the header record displays in your business portal.
If for some reason you need to restore to previous data i.e., a backup taken in Access WageEasy that is prior to this event being reported, and another event for the same period has been reported to the ATO your business portal will display both events. This data cannot be removed from your business portal by the software provider. You will need to contact the ATO for advice on how to remove or edit the data from the ATO’s BAS portal.
Note: What is reported for your employees in their MyGov Income Statements is always the current year to date values, each event reported the data is overridden based on date and time stamp of the last event reported.
