Email payslips aren't being sent to some employees, receive a Printer error

This error is usually generated by incorrect email address entered in employee's profile. Complete the steps below to retry.

  1. In Employee's Profile, General, Email/Internet.

  2. Use Backspace to delete the email address.

  3. Retype the email address, do not use cut and paste.

  4. Ok to save.

  5. Retry to send payslip using the Print Payslip Wizard.
