Wage Easy does not actually send email payslips to employees; it sends them to your Mail Server, and if all the information is correct in E-Mail/Proxy area, they will be sent out (ask your IT to check this) in File, Company Details, Configuration, Email/Proxy.
Note: If all of your employees are not receiving their payslips it is most likely the information in E-Mail/Proxy is incorrect.
Your Mail Server also has a Log Report (ask your IT to check this) to see if it is a group of employees that are not receiving their emails; they may all belong to the one email provider.
Additional security and verification measures put in place by some email providers to better secure their customers’ accounts may mean issues emailing from Access WageEasy. These email providers may include Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook, Office365, Hotmail), and Apple.
To continue to email from Access WageEasy, and to keep your email account secure, the use of App Passwords may now be required.
An App Password is a password that replaces the user password when signing into an app or device that then allows this app (WageEasy in this instance) to access your (email) account. It is found in File, Company Details, Configuration, Email/Proxy.
Depending on the individual's outgoing mail server used, the setup of an App Password needs to be completed.
