According to the error message, Wage Easy does not recognize your database as it has been either corrupted or placed in an inconsistent state. This often occurs as a result of an improper shutdown, a crash of Wage Easy, or a network outage.
You have 3 options with this error.
Compact your database, every user needs to be out of WageEasy. File, Maintenance, Database, Maintenance.
You have the option to restore your database to the latest backup and continue from that stage of your payroll. File, Backup/Restore, Restore.
If compacting the database does not work, and you are not in a position to restore your database, you will need to raise a case in the Customer Success Portal and request that your database be sent in to be repaired.
Note: Sending in your database does not guarantee that we will be able to fix the database; restoring may still be the only option.
