Diagnostic: 'EOutOfMemory: Out of Memory' when accessing an Employee record

The Out of Memory error on the Employee Details occurs when there is a leave type with a Calculation Method of Days, but the Accrual Rate is 0.00.

  1. Go to Setup, Awards, and double-click the employee's award.

  2. Select Leave from the left-hand side, and then go through all the leave types starting from the top.

  3. On the Accruals tab, find the leave with Days as the Accrual Method. If the Accrual Rate is 0.00, double click the line and change the Days to Block. OK.

  4. Click the Close icon to save and exit the award.
