Please ensure that you have the SMSF set up in Express Super with the correct banking details. If the SMSF was set up more than once, please delete the old SMSF account with the incorrect details by following the steps below in Express Super.
Log in to Access WageEasy and go to Setup, Superannuation Funds to check the correct SMSF details.
Locate the SMSF fund and check that all the details are correct, i.e., ESA and the bank account details have been saved under the Bank tab.
Please log in to the Express Super Portal and follow the steps below:
Go to Employer Maintenance, Manage Funds, Manage SMSF's.
Scroll down to the Manage SMSF's and use the arrow pointing to the right to toggle between the funds.
Delete any old or duplicated SMSF's if they have been set up more than once.
Note: Only keep one SMSF account that matches the details saved in Access WageEasy in Step 1.
