Error: while importing Timecards WTC

I have an error while importing my WTC file. No employee is associated with this timecard.

When importing your WTC (Timecards) into Wage Easy from a 3rd party software it is important to have like for like.
The employee number or code that you are importing from your 3rd party must match what is shown in the employee records. Please follow the below steps to check.

  1. Go to WageEasy, Employee.

  2. Select the employee with the error.

  3. Go to Employment, Security.

  4. Check that the Time Card No: is identical to the file (WTC) that you are trying to bring into Wage Easy.
