User Defined Queries file
You will receive an email with a zip file containing the required User Defined Queries. Extract the file contained in the Zip file to the default User Defined Queries location for WageEasy on the PC or network.
To confirm the above mentioned folder location in WageEasy, go to Setup, Preferences, Configuration, File Locations. Take a note of the path of the WageEasy User Defined Queries path on the client PC or Network.
Using File Explorer, navigate to the correct folder location and extract the 4 query files to that folder location. The default location is C:\Users\Public\Documents\Wage Easy Payroll\Queries.

MicrOpay Company Current Employee Bank Export
MicrOpay Company Current Employee Export
MicrOpay Company Current Employee Super Export
Extracting the Data
Note: Before starting to extract employee data, it is recommended to run your employee leave entitlement report.
Employee data for each WageEasy company file (database) can now be extracted via WageEasy.
Open WageEasy and go to File, Open Company or Reopen Company, and find the database that which the employee data needs to be extracted from.
With the company file open in Wage Easy, go to HR, User Defined Queries, Wage Easy Queries to Export to MicrOpay, and you will see the four queries mentioned above.
Select the first query in the list: MicrOpay Company Current Employee Addition Deduction Export.
You will be prompted to enter the Financial Year. The end financial year should be entered for the financial year that the data needs to be exported for.
Data will be displayed on the screen.
To extract the data, Right-mouse click select Export Data, and select the file format that you require for the data export, i.e., CSV.
Save the data in an appropriate location.
Repeat the above steps for the remaining MicrOpay queries in the list.
Repeat the steps for any other WageEasy company files.
Important note regarding leave balances:
The leave produced in the extract is in hours and decimals and will be the employee’s total leave entitlement/balance as at the computer system date that the query is run.
