Check the Superfund Delivery method settings

Scroll down to Superannuation Funds.

Ensure the Delivery mode is File and the File Format is the same as other Superfunds.

1. Click on Setup.
2. Scroll down to Superannuation Funds.
3. Click on the applicable Superfund.
4. Click on the Delivery Tab.
5. Ensure the Delivery mode is File and the File Format is the same as other Superfunds.
6. Close icon to save.

Employees Superannuation/Fund is showing on all reports but not flowing through to the export file

Employee's super payments are missing from Super export file
