Split an employee's wages into more than 1 bank account

My Employee wants to split his pay into separate bank accounts.

If your employee wants to split their wages into different bank accounts, complete the steps below:

  1. Select the employee under Employee.

  2. Select Payments, Banking.

  3. Select Add, in the pop-up screen.

  4. The Pay Method: is Bank.

  5. Complete the rest of the fields with the amount nominated for each account.

  6. Leave one account as zero, this will be the remaining balance from the amounts split into this account.

Note: A percentage of the employees' pay to be split is not available; it must be a nominated amount.
