Options for sending super to a clearing house

WageEasy does not integrate with third‑party superannuation clearing houses and does not provide an internal clearing house service. You must export and upload a CSV file to a registered clearing house of your choice.

Use this information to understand your options and plan for upcoming ATO changes.

Review available superannuation clearing houses

  • Review the list of clearing houses that accept SAFF files.

  • Compare available services to determine which option suits your business.

  • Select a clearing house to use for future superannuation contributions.

Review the ATO Small Business Superannuation Clearing House changes

Note: The ATO Small Business Superannuation Clearing House (SBSCH) will be decommissioned at the end of June 2026.

  • If you currently use the SBSCH, you need to choose a new clearing house that supports the SAFF file format.

Prepare for Payday Superannuation

The Access Group is aware of upcoming Payday Superannuation requirements. These changes take effect on 1 July 2026.

  • Employers must pay Superannuation Guarantee (SG) at the same time as salary and wages rather than quarterly.

  • All contributions must reach employee funds within seven business days of payment.
