If you are wanting to upload a PDL manually before the scheduled date to the Hosted Online environment, please follow the below steps.
Downloading the file
Download the Taxation PDL from your communications, the below download is for the new STSL taxation changes effective the 24th of Sept 2025
You can either upload the PDL from your downloads or copy and paste from your downloads to your cloud environment, to the Update PDL folder.
Uploading the file
From Setup, Associations, select Tax Tables and Edit. Click on the Internet Tab at the top of the screen and ensure that only the Tax Tables & Rebates box is ticked. Select Update Now and Next. Load from disk file and browse for the tax file by selecting the ellipses button [...].
Select the UPDATE.Pdl file from Home drive:
CWEP######$(\\ausydwepcfs01 or ausydwepcfs02, Home \ Update PDL
Note: (##### is your 6 digit customer ID)If you have left your downloaded file in your Downloads, select Downloads when on ellipses button [...].
Open, select Next, and Finish.
