Leave is not importing into the correct PPE

Approved leave is not going into the correct PPE date.

When leave is being imported into WageEasy from ESS, a few things need to be taken into account.

If you have leave that is for an earlier date, and is now being approved for that PPE date that you are processing (paying in arrears), the way WageEasy works is that:

  • It will examine the PC date and then check the next PPE date, placing the leave into the next PPE date.

  • If the leave is to be split over multiple pay periods, moving forward, it will split between the relevant pay periods.

  • WageEasy does not know what leave has been processed in the system since the last sync, so will push leave into the next PPE.
