STP2 icon is greyed out

STP2 button is disabled

If your STP2 icon is disabled and you are unable to send STP Events, you will need to check the Agent settings are correct and that you have the correct permissions.

To check you have this permission, you will need to sign into WageEasy as the ADMINISTRATOR and follow the below steps:

  1. Setup, Passwords,

  2. Select User/Password Administration,

  3. Highlight the User that has the STP2 greyed icon, Edit User.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of Access Rights: tick the box for STP, OK, OK.
