If you have sent your STP Update with a successful message and after 72 hrs, employees are still reporting Not Tax Ready, check the following:
Check you are on the latest version of WageEasy 8.1.0.8767 and then resubmit your file again for all employees making sure you "Mark All as Final"
Contact the ATO with the Submission ID found at the bottom of your previously submitted successful STP Pay Event.
