Reset the STP Password

Information on how to reset your Single Touch Payroll password

If you require your STP password to be reset, please refer to How do I request a new STP password reset? After receiving your email and link to your new password, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to File, Company Details, Taxation, Single Touch Payroll.

  2. Enter the new password in the password field.

Click on the Close icon to save the changes.

Note: If you have more than one database linked to your client number, you will need to update all database with the new password before reporting any future pay events.
