Wage Easy has 2 methods of accrual.
Method number 1, is to accrue over a 12mth period, so it may be set up with a certain amount of hours over 12mths, in this example it is 152 hours for 12 months, which equates to 4 weeks of 38 hours.
Method number 2, is to accrue on hours worked, so it is designed to accrue according to the hours that have been worked and this method is usually set up for employees that work fluctuating hours each week.
With any leave set up in Wage Easy, it is directed by what is set up in the Award that is attached to the employee in Wage Easy, Employee, select the Employee, Employment, Employment, Award:
