STP Pay Event employees missing

Not all your employees will appear in an STP Pay Event. When looking at an STP Pay Event, you should see the employees who were paid in the corresponding PPE. That means that previously terminated employees, who were not paid in the PPE that you are looking at, will not appear in the STP Pay Event.

If an employee is missing from the STP Pay Event and was paid in the PPE that you are investigating, go to Employee Details, Payments, YTD Summaries, select the Delivery Options tab and untick Exclude this employee's Payment from STP process.
