To confirm if STP2 is enabled, please review the following:
Log in as Administrator and go to Setup, STP2 Setup
On the introduction screen STP2 is Enabled will be displayed in red text.
Another way you can identify if STP2 has been enabled is through the shortcut menu bar in Access WageEasy.
If STP2 has NOT been enabled, the STP2 Setup icon will appear beside the STP icon, you will have 2 icons referring to STP
Once enabled, the STP2 icon will only be available and the STP2 Setup icon will no longer display.
