We have simplified the process for 2025 renewals with the new self-service Access Renewals Portal. The portal allows you to view, request changes and renew your WageEasy subscription. It also tracks your queries and requests at every stage of your renewal.
The Renewals Portal is part of the Customer Success Portal. It includes all the information needed to renew your licence and can be viewed by the nominated Finance contact for your organisation.

Timeline for 2025 WageEasy renewals
We'll send an email containing your renewal link in the first week of February 2025.
If you approve the renewal with no changes, we'll issue your invoice within seven business days. (If you request changes, your renewal will be updated for your approval within four business days.)
When payment of your invoice is confirmed, we'll send you the license key. (See How do I enter my new license key.)
