To change an allowance that has been reported incorrectly through STP reporting, please follow the steps below to correct it.
Note: Changing the reporting group will change any previously reported events in the current financial year.
Go to Access WageEasy.
Select Setup, Allowances.
Select the Allowance and Edit.
Go to the STP Reporting tab.
Under STP Phases 2, you can use the drop down under each group to select the correct reporting group.
Close.
Select Yes after reading the warning, if you are happy for it to change the reporting group for the entire financial year.
Close.
