Complete the following steps to produce the leave balances by employee name and department:
Go to Reports.
Click Departments.
Select Leave Entitlement.
When the report loads, click Detail.
Then Print.
Run a report that shows Leave balances by Employee and Department
View this report to see employees current leave balances
