Show leave balances on payslips

To print leave balances on a pay slip, follow the steps below:

  1. Setup, Preferences, Pay Slips.

  2. Select the Payslip Options tab at the top of the screen.

  3. Scroll down to the section Show these Leave Accruals.

  4. Select the leave that you wish to display on the pay slip.

Note: You can show leave Total or leave Entitlement, or both, on the employee pay slip. All your leave types will appear in the list. For some leave types, the Total and Entitlement values may differ, i.e., Long Service Leave where the employee accrues the leave (shown up as Total) but there is no Entitlement until the employee reaches a certain number of years' service, i.e. 7 years or 10 years (depending on the State).
