If you want Leave Loading to be included in your Annual Leave termination payment, you’ll need to update your award settings to allow this.
Go to Setup, Awards
Select the Award and Edit
Go down to Leave, select Leave Loading, select the Other tab
Under the Termination section you should have a tick in the field box Pay in Termination and the Tax Treatment at termination: Treat as Leave Loading
