Please follow the steps below if you are experiencing a frozen screen in the Cloud Hosted Environment:
Please click on ALT+CTRL+End.
You will use the sign-out option - Sign out of the session.
Then, reboot your PC.
Please wait 10- 15 minutes for the session to timeout before you sign back in to Access WageEasy and reattempt the tasks you were performing before your screen froze.
