Check Casual Award settings:
Click Setup, Award, Casual Award.
Click Leave, Long Service Leave.
On the Entitlement tab check to see what the period is? (Number of units should be either 7 or 10 years).
On the Payments tab tick do not show on payslip.
Delete the payslip and reprocess.
