If you have lost the password for the ADMINISTRATOR in Access WageEasy, please follow the instructions below and attach the required screen print and signed authorisation to a case within the portal, you will then be supplied with the password for the ADMINISTRATOR.
Raise a new case online:
Close Access WageEasy.
Re-open Access WageEasy.
When you are prompted to enter your User Name and Password, enter the following User Name: ADMINISTRATOR.
Once you have entered the User Name ADMINISTRATOR in the User Name field, right-click on the User Name field and select Get User Number from the menu.
A Retrieve Password window will appear with a User Number. Take a screen print of the Retrieve Password screen.
Attach a signed letter on your Company letterhead to the case previously created, authorizing our support team to retrieve your Administrator password together with the screen print of the Retrieve Password from step 5.
Our Support Team will provide you with your administrator password once this information has been received from you.
