Change the payslip format

If you have pay items you need to show separately on the employee pay advice, such as casual leave loading, or show loadings separately from the base rate, follow the steps below to update the format:

  1. Click Setup.

  2. Select Preferences.

  3. Click Pay Slips.

  4. On the Pay Slip Options tab for Pay Slip Format, click the drop-down box.

  5. Select Wage Easy Standard Pay Slip with Loading Breakdown

  6. Click the Close icon to save.
