Run a report to capture Year-to-Date Payroll Data

This report will also capture all Year-to-Date Department data and Year-to-date Employee data.

Follow the steps below to create the Payroll Cross Check year-to-date reports:

  1. Go to WageEasy, Reports, Department, Payroll Cross Check.

  2. Select the filters from the top Category Selection.

  3. You can tick the ALL button; this will allow a review of a particular Department by selecting from the list available in the drop-down selection.

What Data appears within the Department Payroll Cross Check report

The Department Payroll Cross Check Report provides a comprehensive breakdown of all hours and payments relating to all departments.

  • The report provides a detailed account of costs associated with days, penalty rates/ overtime, leave payments, and is the only report that will itemise allowances and separate allowances and deductions, and breaks these down into before or after-tax allowances and deductions.

  • As the report is a departmental report, it will summaries all information by departments, and to view further information relating to employees, the filters on the top category bar can be used to meet user requirements.

  3. You can tick the ALL button; this will allow a review of an individual Employee by selecting from the list available in the drop-down selection.

The Employee Payroll Cross Check Report provides a comprehensive breakdown of all hours and payments relating to individual employees.

  • The report provides a detailed account of costs associated with days, penalty rates/ overtime, leave payments, and is the only report that will itemise allowances and separate allowances and deductions, and break these down into before or after-tax allowances and deductions.
