Hosted online saving WageEasy Client Service (MCS) Logs

Errors in MCS and Access Group requests a copy of the logs

1. Open File Explorer and click Windows (C:) on the left.

2. Open Program Files (x86) folder and then MicrOpay Client Service folder.

3. Open the Config folder.

4. Right-click MicropayClientServicesConfig (Type: Application) and select Run as administrator.

Note: The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Micropay Client Service\Config

5. Once the MCS opens, click Show Logs at the bottom left.

6. Single-click the top entry, press Ctrl + A and then Ctrl + C to copy the whole logs.

7. Open Microsoft Excel and select Blank workbook.

8. Single-click cell A1 and press Ctrl + V to paste the logs.

9. Save the file and upload it into the case.
