Depending on your Operating System restrictions, you could either browse and save to any drive or folder on your local work network OR use your Home folder in your Payroll Online instance where you can save reports.
If you want to save a file, for example, a Superannuation file, you will find this information in the Superannuation Setup.
Go to Setup, Superannuation Funds.
Select the fund, Edit and Delivery Tab.
Click on the ellipsis buttons at the end of File Location and select your desired location.
If you want to save a report, after running or creating it, use the arrow next to the print icon to drop down and select Adobe Acrobat.
You then select where you would like to save your report, temporarily in the:
Home drive.
Or select a drive on your:
Computer or a network drive.
Note: The home folder is for the temporary saving of reports or files. You should ensure any files or reports saved here are copied to your company network for saving and archiving for reporting purposes.
