The Company Logo, usually the size of the logo, can cause the Access violation at address 402672A1 in module 'vcljpg70.bpl error. The required logo size is 145 pixels high x 340 pixels wide. The logo will not resize and you will have to use a company logo equal or smaller than these dimensions.
When this error occurs, it is necessary to delete the Company Logo.
Click on the link Remove Company Logo to download the zipped query. Unzip the query to your queries folder and run the Query from HR, User Defined Queries to remove the logo that is causing the diagnostic.
Once the logo that is too big is deleted, go to File, Company and right click on the Logo box, select From File. Browse to the location of the new, smaller logo.
Note: Only JPEG images (normally ending with a .jpg or jpeg extension) may be selected, previewed and added here as the company logo.
