A blank screen displays when I log into WageEasy ESS

WageEasy ESS will not load and appears with a blank screen.

Ask the user with the blank screen to select Ctrl + F5, which will force the browser to retrieve the webpage from the server instead of loading it from the cache. The blank screen usually occurs after an upgrade of WageEasy ESS.

If ESS still displays a blank screen after the above has been actioned, please ask the user to clear their cache. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact your IT department.
