Pay slips, ATO Summaries and Other Reports can be password protected when emailed to individual employees. To use this functionality, an employee needs to provide a password that needs to be entered on the Security page of the Employee file.

Then, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Employee Details, Employment, Security.

  2. Enter the password in the User Password field.

Finish the configuration with the following steps:

  1. Go to Setup, Preferences, Configuration, Security.

  2. At the top of the screen, select the Reports tab.

  3. Change the User Password field on the Pay Slips line to Employee Password.

  4. The Owner Password field for Pay Slips is None. Tick the Allow Printing box.
